I was happy with appointment that I had with Dr K Menon. In Chest Clinic. He was very professional and helpful. I felt comfortable and he answered any questions that I had to ask him relating to health needs.
This is regards to my rehab sessions following a heart attack.
All staff were professional and cleary enjoyed their job.
The sessions really helped me gain confidence physically and also emotionally meeting others in a similar position.
From onset A&E Receptionist very poor skills set and needs re training
Nurses and other staff is a mix bag, some are excellent and care but unfortunately majority just don't give a damn
Consultant and nursing staff faultless
Really good pleasant staff, very efficient and friendly they kept me informed all the time.
Brilliant service and gave me loads of information that I found helpful. They treated myself with kindness and dignity and supported me with the treatment I received
The lady who done my mammogram Bezila was very nice talking through everything. I was very impressed and made to feel very comfortable thank you Bezila.
The reception staff are also very nice.
Thank you Elm ward. The experience was much better than anticipated.
Waited two hours to be seen by my consultant had to ask twice what was happening. As an eye appointment I was told not to drive so my daughter bought me who then lost a days work as such a delay without explanation!
My experience under the orthopaedic team was excellent. The doctors, nurses, anaesthetists, support staff were excellent.
The aftercare from the Cope Team was also helpful and really appreciated.
After dialing 111 I was told to go to A&E. I was redirected by the security guard to the main entrance for an assessment.
It appeared that the Dr hadn't recieved the details of my referral from 111 as during my initial assessment I was somewhat dismissively told "you're young, we're going to give you a painkiller and send you home". I had to inform the Dr that I was here with a possible cerebro spinal fluid leak following a recent lumbar puncture, after which she changed her tone and said I should take my notes and wait in A&E.
I spent a total of 10 hours waiting through the night. I was called in for tests but wasn't updated, was just sent back out to the waiting room. I was starting to think I'd been forgotten about altogether when I was finally called in again after 6:00am to be admitted.
During testing I was treated with great care by the medical professionals, but I had no idea what was happening as I waited throughout the night.
